Sunlight Weldable is an innovative, directly weldable and PVC-free print material developed for large and grand-format display applications.

The material allows panels to be joined seamlessly without the need for additional welding tapes, helping simplify production and reduce finishing time. This makes it particularly suitable for ultra-wide graphics, high-volume projects and applications with tight production deadlines.

Available in widths of up to 5 metres, Sunlight Weldable enables the production of large, high-impact graphics with fewer visible joins. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is compatible with UV and latex printing systems.

Sunlight Weldable is a front-lit banner material with a grey reverse. It is made from polyester and a PVC-free resin coating. With the strength, look, feel and performance of PVC banners, Kavalan Sunlight is a viable substitute for all indoor and outdoor banner applications. It has B1 / EN13501-1 / TS62 Certifier fire ratings and secondary tensile strength certification BS 3424 part 4.6. It is both REACH and (LCA-approved. Compatible with UV and Latex ink. Sunlight can be welded using hot and high-frequency welding when used in conjunction with Kavalan PVC-free welding tape.
