LUMEX® PET-G is a clear, durable plastic and more supple than harder sheets like Acrylic and Polycarbonate. PET or Polyethylene terephthalate can be used in vacumm forming and thermoforming where the addition of glycol (G) allows its form to be easily changed and retain shapes. Polyester sheet is a food-safe plastic that's commonly used for food containers and bottles for liquid beverages. Like acrylic and many other thermoplastics, PET-G is fully recyclable.
