Avery Dennison® MPI™ 2040 Transparent Series
Avery Dennison® MPI™ 2040 Transparent Series is a range of high-performance, gloss clear polymeric calendered vinyl films developed for window graphics, promotional displays and other applications where transparency, print quality and reliable performance are essential.
The range includes permanent and removable adhesive options, allowing the most appropriate film to be selected according to the required application life. MPI™ 2040 features a clear permanent acrylic adhesive for long-lasting graphics, while MPI™ 2041 uses a clear removable acrylic adhesive for applications requiring clean and straightforward removal.
Both films provide excellent clarity, a high-gloss appearance and good conformability to flat and slightly curved surfaces. Their dimensional stability and outdoor performance make them suitable for demanding indoor and exterior graphics across commercial, transport and promotional environments.

*The removable adhesive can provide clean removal for up to two years from suitable glass and OEM-painted surfaces. Suitability should be tested before application. Removability is not guaranteed from nitrocellulose paint, fresh screen-printing inks, ABS, polystyrene or certain PVC surfaces.
Permanent or Removable?
MPI™ 2040 Permanent is recommended for durable graphics where a strong and lasting bond is required. It offers excellent adhesion to many commonly used substrates and is suitable for longer-term promotional, transport and window applications.
MPI™ 2041 Removable is designed for graphics that may need to be replaced or removed. It is particularly suitable for promotional campaigns, window decoration and point-of-sale graphics where clean and easy removal is important.

Application Guidance
Printed material should be thoroughly dried and cured before laminating, varnishing, trimming, contour cutting or application. Residual solvents may affect the performance and characteristics of the film.
For additional protection against UV radiation and abrasion, use a compatible Avery Dennison® DOL overlaminate or suitable protective varnish. Always test the selected printer, ink, substrate and finishing combination before commercial production.
