ProTex™ Protection Paper

ProTex™ is a high-density protection tissue developed for dye-sublimation and textile heat-transfer processes. Manufactured from natural eucalyptus fibres, its highly formed structure provides excellent barrier performance while supporting efficient production across rotary drum calenders.

The paper helps protect the calender belt from excess ink and other residues generated during heat fixation. Its heat resistance contributes to longer belt life, while its high tensile strength reduces the risk of tearing and production interruptions.

ProTex™ features formaldehyde-free chemistry, helping prevent the yellowing of white polyester fabrics during heat fixation. The natural brown version is free from bleaching agents and provides a more sustainable choice for textile printing workflows.
