The bSmart ACP Multishield is a lightweight and durable 3mm aluminium composite panel featuring a single-sided Matt White finish and an optimised surface for UV printing.
Manufactured with two thin aluminium skins bonded to a solid polyethene core, the panel combines excellent rigidity and flatness with easy handling and fabrication. Its smooth Matt White surface provides a clean, professional base for printed graphics, vinyl application, signage and display projects.

Easy to Print and Fabricate
The Matt White coated surface has been optimised for UV ink, providing a smooth and consistent base for high-quality printed graphics.
The panel can also be cut, drilled, routed, bent and folded, making it suitable for custom signs, display units and fabricated components. Its lightweight construction helps simplify transportation, handling and installation.
Durable Composite Construction
The Multishield panel consists of two aluminium cover layers bonded to a solid polyethene core. This construction provides a flat, rigid panel with a strong coating and good resistance to cleaning, oils, solvents and external conditions.

Fire Performance
A white polyester-coated aluminium composite panel with a tested thickness of approximately 3.2mm achieved Class 1 under BS 476 Part 7:1997 for surface spread of flame. The certificate applies to the tested sample and should not be described as proof that the product is completely fireproof. View the fire test certificate.

Important Information
The Matt White printable finish is on one side of the panel only. Confirm the correct face before printing or fabrication.
Keep the protective film in place during transportation, cutting and installation. Remove it only when the project is complete.
