bSmart Traffic Sign Channel is a durable, lightweight aluminium profile designed for securely mounting ACP traffic sign panels to round signposts.

The channel is bonded horizontally to the back of the sign panel and then connected to the post using compatible anti-rotational clips. This mounting method provides a secure and stable fixing while helping prevent unwanted movement or rotation of the sign.

Its grey powder-coated finish provides corrosion resistance and creates a clean, professional appearance. The range includes standard and interlocking profiles in different sizes and strengths to suit everything from small, lightweight signs to large and heavy sign assemblies.

Installation

1. Select the appropriate channel profile for the size and weight of the sign.
2. Bond the channel securely to the reverse of the ACP panel using a suitable adhesive system.
3. Position the sign against the post.
4. Connect the channel to the post using correctly sized anti-rotational clips, nuts and bolts.
5. Check that all fixings are secure and that the sign cannot move or rotate.
