FOAMALITE® x-press PVC Foam Sheet

FOAMALITE® x-press is a lightweight, expanded rigid PVC sheet developed specifically for high-quality printing and display applications. Its bright white, smooth and uniform surfaces provide excellent colour reproduction, making it a preferred choice for professional printers, sign makers and display manufacturers.

The consistent, blemish-free surface has a controlled texture designed to provide excellent adhesion for UV-curable inks. FOAMALITE® x-press can be printed directly without pre-treatment, helping to simplify production and deliver sharp, vibrant and colour-accurate results.

With good dimensional stability, low water absorption and a versatile range of processing options, the material is suitable for flat indoor applications and medium-term exterior use. A removable PE protective film is supplied on one side as standard to help protect the surface during handling and fabrication.
