Made using renewable cellulose fibres, corrugated board can contain material recovered from household, commercial and industrial paper products. These fibres are processed and reused to manufacture new paper and cardboard products, helping extend the useful life of valuable resources.
Renewable
Paper fibres originate from a naturally renewable resource. Depending on the product specification, the fibre may come from recycled material or responsibly managed, FSC®-certified forests.
Recyclable and Recycled
Corrugated board can be collected, processed and transformed into new paper-based products. This established recycling system helps retain materials within the production cycle, reducing waste and lowering demand for virgin resources.
Reusable
When its condition and design permit, corrugated packaging may be reused before being recycled. Cellulose fibres can also pass through several recycling cycles, allowing the same resource to contribute to the manufacture of multiple products over its lifetime.
