very easy to handle and use
withstands strong mechanical actions
permanently elastic, high-strength adhesive; can be painted over with dispersion paints;
non-shrinking; free from isocyanate, solvents, phosphate and silicone; resistant to UV
radiation, weather, ageing and moisture
antifungal, but odourless; very good adhesion, even to moist substrates
can be used in most cases without a primer (test beforehand with porous substrates)
colourfast; can be sanded after hardening
