Two-Part Solvent-Free Polyurethane Adhesive

This two-part polyurethane adhesive provides a strong, fully bonded fixing for installing sheets onto timber, plasterboard and blockwork.

The solvent-free system consists of Part A and Part B, which are combined using a paddle mixer. Once thoroughly mixed, the adhesive should be spread evenly across the entire sheet using a flat trowel. Full-surface coverage should be achieved rather than applying isolated blobs of adhesive.

After mixing, the adhesive has an approximate pot life of 10 minutes, so it should be applied promptly.

Application Guidance

1. Combine Part A and Part B using a suitable paddle mixer.
2. Mix thoroughly until a consistent blend is achieved.

4. Cover the entire bonding surface rather than applying separate blobs.
5. Position and secure the sheet within the adhesive’s 10-minute pot life.

Important: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose material before application.
