GerberColor™ FX Foils
GerberColor™ FX Foils are specialist thermal-transfer printing foils developed for producing durable, high-quality graphics with the GERBER EDGE® FX system. The range includes both spot-colour and CMYK process foils, providing the flexibility to create everything from precise single-colour graphics to detailed full-colour images.
Spot-colour foils produce smooth, consistent colour and are designed to coordinate with many commonly used vinyls, films, inks and paints. They can be printed individually or layered in different combinations to create custom colours, gradients, patterns and shading effects. For one-, two- or three-colour graphics, they offer an efficient alternative to full CMYK production while helping achieve colours that may be difficult to reproduce using process printing alone.
Process foils use cyan, magenta, yellow and black to create accurate full-colour graphics through compatible Gerber software. They can also be combined with spot and transparent foils, including through the Spectratone™ colour-matching system, to produce a broad range of distinctive colours and visual effects.
Designed for demanding commercial and industrial graphics, GerberColor™ FX Foils provide reliable print performance and resistance to handling and outdoor conditions. Refillable foil cartridges work with the reusable EDGE FX™ Caddy, helping reduce production costs and material waste.

Foil Options
Spot-Colour Foils
Ideal for logos, lettering, safety graphics and designs requiring precise, repeatable colour. Spot foils can be used individually or overprinted to create patterns, fades, shading and custom colour combinations. Selected spot-colour graphics can provide outdoor durability of up to five years when used as part of a suitable Gerber system.
Process Foils
CMYK process foils are designed for photographic images, gradients and detailed full-colour artwork. Developed to work with compatible Gerber software, they provide controlled colour reproduction and can be combined with speciality foils for an expanded range of creative effects.
