H999 Acrylic Foam Tape – Clear & White
H999 is a range of high-performance, double-coated acrylic foam tapes designed for permanent bonding in demanding interior and exterior applications.
The viscoelastic acrylic foam core conforms to minor surface irregularities, helping create a strong and consistent bond. It also distributes stress across the bonded area, absorbs vibration and dynamic loads, and accommodates movement caused by thermal expansion.
Available in Clear 1.0mm and White 1.1mm versions, the H999 range offers different performance characteristics for a wide variety of signage, display, fabrication and assembly projects.
Product Options
H999 Clear provides a discreet finish and excellent resistance to UV radiation, moisture, solvents and ageing. It is particularly suitable for bonding ACM and Dibond panels to sign channels, as well as mounting signs, nameplates, emblems and metal components.
H999 White offers increased adhesive strength and dynamic shear for more demanding applications. Originally developed for window and door assembly, it is particularly suitable for bonding plastics, fabricated panels, electronic displays and other components requiring a strong permanent fixing.

Application Recommendations
Ensure that all bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants.
Apply the tape at a temperature between +15°C and +30°C, using firm and even pressure across the entire bonded area. The indicated performance level is achieved after a bonding period of approximately 24 hours at +23°C.
Important: Test the selected tape on the intended substrates before production, particularly when working with coated, textured or low-surface-energy materials.
