Ri-Screen M80 Series Screen Printing Vinyl

Ri-Screen M80 is an 80-micron self-adhesive monomeric PVC film developed specifically for screen printing and short-term applications on flat surfaces. Available in clear and white finishes, it offers outdoor colour stability of up to two years.

The film is compatible with conventional solvent-based and UV-curable screen-printing inks. It is available with permanent, ultra-removable or high-tack water-based acrylic adhesive options, providing reliable adhesion across a wide range of substrates.

High-tack adhesive versions are particularly suitable for low surface tension materials such as PE and PP. Depending on the product variation, the film is supplied with either a 135 g/m² clay-coated Kraft paper liner or a 140 g/m² PE-coated Kraft paper liner for excellent flatness and consistent printing results.
